Dr. Blair has earned a B.S. degree in biology and economics, and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh. In 1983 he graduated cum laude from Illinois College of Optometry with a Dr. of Optometry degree. Dr. Blair has practiced Optometry in Pennsylvania, in Nuremberg, Germany for the U.S. Army, and in American Samoa, before joining Albany Eyecare in 1993. He serves on the board at FISH, and is a member and past president of the Albany Rotary Club.

Dr. Berry grew up in Albany and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon. He then attended school at Pacific University where he obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree, graduating with distinction. Dr. Berry has been involved in sports vision and contact lens research, and has traveled abroad to provide vision care to those less fortunate. Dr. Berry completed internships at Spokane VA hospital, Kaiser Permanente clinics, and Teplick Laser Vision Center.

Dr. Jonathan Berry was raised in Albany, Oregon. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon. He attended Pacific University College of Optometry where he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree, graduating with distinction. Before joining Albany Eyecare Center, Dr. Berry completed internships at the Spokane VA Hospital and The Eye Surgery Institute in Redmond, OR.
